The local level governments (LLGs) in Bulolo are as follows:
- Mumeng LLG - Mathias Phillip, President.
- Buang LLG - Steven Sep, President.
- Watut LLG - Waka Daman, President.
- Wau Rural LLG - John Yawa, President.
- Waria LLG - Morokoi Gaiwata, President.
- Wau Bulolo Urban LLG - Jack Nawi, President.
The above LLG presidents represent their ward areas in each LLG areas from which they normally have meetings at the LLG administration headquarters chaired by the LLG president, who also appoints a deputy chairman and several non-elected representatives into the council chamber.
All LLG presidents are automatically my Joint District Planning & Budget Priority Committee (JDP&BPC).
I then appoint representatives from women, community, business and church into the committee representatives.
Appointees vary from electorates due to the size and land mass; however, all electorates are subject to the same amount fundings.

- Finchhafen Open - Hon. Theodore Zurenuoc.
- Kabwum Open - Hon. Bob Dadae.
- Lae Open - Hon. Bart Philemon.
- Menyamya Open - Hon. Benjamin Phillip.
- Nawae Open - Hon. Timothy Bonga.
- Tewai Siassi Open - Hon. Vincent Michaels.
All members of parliament are automatically members of the provincial assembly.
Unlike the district level we all vote the non-elected representatives into the provincial assembly.
